Meet Ryan Bard
As a licensed residential real estate expert, I use my experience, leadership, and market knowledge to help clients purchase or sell residential properties. I collaborate and communicate openly as we develop a marketing plan to attract and address buyers’ needs, assist clients in exploring their financial options, preside over negotiations, and advise clients on suitable courses of action. I have an outstanding network of lenders, appraisers, home inspectors, contractors, and escrow companies to whom I can refer my clients.
I am a University of North Dakota graduate. Right out of college, I worked in the NBA for the Golden State Warriors as a premium seating manager. I then moved on to the Florida Panthers as their sales manager. Coming back to Duluth, I co-owned a small business and began my real estate career. I love the fact that I am selling something that means so much to people and help change their lives in a positive way. I am a lifelong resident of the Twin Ports area and enjoy golfing, boating, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Downtown Duluth
Busy Canal Park is home to the early-1900s Aerial Lift Bridge, which raises for ships entering the harbor basin from Lake Superior. The Lakewalk promenade passes a pebbly beach and landscaped areas, while the Great Lakes Aquarium has touch pools and a popular otter exhibit. In a former warehouse, the DeWitt-Seitz Marketplace offers gift and food shops, and relaxed eateries, brewpubs, and art galleries dot the area.

Breweries Galore
If you have a taste for great beer then you’ll fit right in. Both Duluth and Superior boast some fantastic breweries, like Fitger’s Brewhouse, Bent Paddle, and Canal Park Brewery, where you can enjoy a cold brew after work or go for a tour and tasting. Duluth even has its own beer trail.
Golfing For All Ages
Twin Ports golfers at all skill levels can find a course to fit their needs. There are 10 golf courses in Duluth, Minnesota, and 6 are municipal courses. There are also another 6 golf courses within 20 miles of Duluth, including 2 public, 3 municipal, and 1 private course. The oldest and longest course in the Duluth area is the Northland Country Club which is 6,825 yards. Northland Country Club is rated the best course near Duluth.
Great Outdoors
After pedaling around Twin Ports, you may want to ditch your car for a greener alternative, at least for the warmer months. The cities have many biking opportunities, whether by the lake, up in the hills or through the city. It’s a great way to get to know the towns and take advantage of the nearby wilderness.
Lake Life
Superior and Duluth are considered to have the largest freshwater port in the entire world. What does this mean? You’ll be seeing plenty of enormous boats coming to town on the regular. Lake Superior is home to this stunning set of 22 islands. They’re full of diverse wildlife and can easily be explored by boat, kayak, and canoe. You can camp, fish and hike when on the shores, making the Apostle Islands perfect for outdoor adventuring.
Impressive Medical Centers
As it transforms its downtown medical campus, Essentia Health made the most significant private investment in Duluth’s history. Essentia Health has invested $900 million to construct a 942,000 sf replacement for St. Mary’s Medical Center and clinic space and renovate existing buildings on its downtown Duluth campus.
